- The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

En cas de ser decretat l'estat d'alarma amb prohibició de sortida del territori, imposada per una entitat pública o governamental del país d'origen, prohibició d'entrada a Andorra decretada pel Govern d'Andorra o altres autoritats locals, restriccions de vol o tancament complet d'aeroport i en caso de tancament forçat de l'estació GRANDVALIRA per motiu de COVID-19 la paga i senyal serà reembossada. (despeses bancàries a càrrec del client)
