How can I make a booking?

Most reservations are made online using Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. If you cannot book online you can do so by simply emailing us (info@betapartments.com) the details, or calling the reception (+34-620322541) where, by phone, you will be asked for the information to make the reservation on your behalf.

First of all, select your preferred accommodation and confirm with the calendar that the dates are available.

The apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m. in Valencia, 4:00 p.m. in Andorra so that we have time to prepare it for you, after the departure of the previous guests. If you are arriving earlier we will do our best to have it prepared for you before, but we cannot guarantee it. That's why we ask you to notify us of your estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. Most of the buildings we manage have luggage storage.

Check in is done at our reception.

At Valencia:

The address of the reception is Calle Alta 72, with the corner of Calle Cabrito.

Reception opening hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. If you are arriving after 17:30 p.m., please let us know so we could provide you the late check in information.

In Andorra:

The address of the reception is Carretera General 2, num 31, Edifici Solana 6, AD100 El Tarter

Reception opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and from 16:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. If you are arriving after 20:00 p.m., please let us know so we could provide you the late check in information.

As we are not always at the reception it is important for us to know your estimated arrival time.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance, in order to organize your check in properly.
